About Producer Rachel
Hi, I'm Rachel Marie Giordano, but most people know me as Producer Rachel
I've spent almost 30 years producing stories, people and ideas.
My career started in television, working with some of the biggest names and brands in entertainment. I worked on The View and The Barbara Walters Specials, spent time at Walt Disney Feature Animation and worked at HSN, experiences that taught me early in my career that whether you're creating television, film or selling a product, everything starts with understanding the story and the audience.
From there, I moved into radio, producing in two major markets: Atlanta and Detroit.
I eventually spent thirteen years as the Executive Producer of Mojo in the Morning (2007 - 2020), the nationally recognized Detroit morning radio show based at iHeartRadio’s Channel 955 (WKQI). As Producer Rachel, I worked behind the scenes and on the air, producing daily radio, interviews, major show moments, events and digital content alongside Mojo, Spike, Shannon and the rest of the Mojo in the Morning team.
During my time with the show, Mojo in the Morning expanded beyond Detroit through syndication on 104.5 SNX in Grand Rapids and 92.5 KISS FM in Toledo, while reaching listeners around the country and the world through iHeartRadio’s digital platforms.
I was also a regular voice and major contributor to the More Mojo Podcast, where listeners got even more of the conversations, stories and behind-the-scenes moments that didn't always fit into the morning show.
Radio sharpened a skill I've carried through every part of my career: knowing how to find the thing that makes someone pay attention.
I learned how to listen for the story buried inside a conversation. How to recognize when something isn't landing. How to ask the question that gets someone to say what they actually mean. How to take an idea and turn it into something people want to watch, hear or share.
That's producing.
And I've been doing it for more than two decades.
Then I became the creator.
After leaving corporate media, I started building on the other side of the microphone.
I became a content creator, launched podcasts, built my personal brand, wrote books and became an award-winning children's book author.
I also built S&G Media Group and began helping entrepreneurs, experts and businesses tell their stories through digital content.
Along the way, I realized something important:
Creating content isn't always the problem.
Sometimes the offer isn't clear.
Sometimes the message doesn't match the business.
Sometimes you're creating constantly but haven't given people a clear way to work with you.

After more than two decades in media, I've developed a pretty strong instinct for recognizing when something works and when it doesn't.

AI is an incredible tool. I use it too. But it shouldn't become your consultant, your intuition or the voice making every decision inside your business.

BATCH CREATE

I offer monthly batch creation sessions – in just about two hours; we'll create 25 personality videos (35-60 seconds in length).
After the recording, my dedicated team takes over to edit the videos and incorporate captions. With our premium editing package, we can also include b-roll footage and a cover graphic. We'll deliver your polished videos, giving you the freedom to share them at your convenience or delegate the task to your social media manager.
